  Our Band is on tour and we got caught in a rare rainstorm on a rural road at 2AM on our way to the Air B&B. We got stuck in the mud.    After a long night of negotiation with AAA and several attempts to get other towing services in the area to even answer the phones,  We finally got Ivan to come to our rescue.   Ivan... and his young son... couldn't have been more helpful. They are absolutely wonderful people. They were the only tow company that was able to come get me. AAA left me stranded and, without any warning or call back, refused to come out to tow my vehicle in the snow. They told me they could do it in another couple of days. Ivan is very skilled, and an absolute joy to be around. He drives a 4x4 wrecker, and chances are no matter who you call, if you are stuck in the mud and snow, they are going to make you call him anyway.   Our work truck got stuck and slid down an icy driveway after it snowed in Santa Fe, nearly causing damage to our client's car port. When a call to AAA let us down (stating they would have to wait for the snow to melt!) Power Towing was the only towing company open and willing to come bail us out!   My dresser motorcycle broke down just south of Madrid, NM. Power Towing responded to my help call (via Good Sam Emergency RS Assistance Plan). Ivan responded almost immediately with a VERY NICE flatbed tow truck (as big as a Fire Truck!), carefully winched the bike onto the bed and brought it to my home, in Edgewood. He was extremely careful, very courteous and just a really wonderful person). Needless to say, I was exceedingly pleased with their service! Even the Dispatcher was incredible!
